Dr. Tran and his staff made me feel at ease. The procedure was explained in full detail along with options. The best part was that the procedure and recovery were painless. I can't say enough good things about Precision Endodontics.

I normally recommend Dr. Tran to patients because of his expertise and wonderful staff. Last week I became a patient of his. Now that I have experienced his skills first hand there is not enough room on this page for my accolades! His calming demeanor and gentle touch instantly cured my trepidation. His staff is so welcoming and made my experience even better! They are awesome. Thank you Dr. Tran for taking such good care of me! Thank you Sue and Jeri for handling me with such grace and care. 💞

Excellent staff. Professional, skilled, excellent communicators. Jeri, the customer service associate, answered any and all of my questions in a very timely manner. Susan, who assisted Dr. Tran, was friendly and professional. She put me totally at ease prior to my procedure ( 2 root canals, in one visit). Dr. Tran also put me very much at ease by answering, in layman's terms, all of my pre- and post - procedure questions. He is very skilled at what he does. Dr Tran and his staff are excellent. Everyone you interact with explains what's going on and why. They make you feel comfortable from the very start. Dr Tran specializes in root canals and he is very thorough and he is also very gentle. For the procedure I had done , I felt absolutely no pain on the day of the procedure and none the day after. I should note that this was not an initial root canal but a procedure within an already completed root canal, so there was no nerve to contend with this time.
